Dear Parents & Guardians,

We are excited to announce that beginning next school year, Carmichaels Area School District will be using ParentSquare as our new official communication platform for district, school, and classroom updates. This will replace One Call, providing a more streamlined and user-friendly experience for families. This does not replace ALMA.

Why ParentSquare?

ParentSquare provides a simple, unified, and safe way for families to stay informed and engaged with our schools. With ParentSquare, you will be able to:

  • Receive all district, school, and classroom communication via email, text, or app notifications
  • View school and classroom calendars, announcements, and event RSVPs
  • Sign up to volunteer or bring items for school events
  • Message teachers and staff securely in your preferred language with two-way translation
  • Access forms, permission slips, and other important documents in one place
  • Customize your communication preferences to receive updates in the way that works best for you

Parent Square Launch for This Year

Expanded Access for Coaches & Support Staff

One of the great benefits of ParentSquare is that we can now include support staff and community members ensuring they receive important district and school updates.

Additionally, we can now add coaches and sponsors from outside the district, allowing them to communicate safely with their teams and clubs through the platform.

Be on the Lookout!

Soon, you will receive an email from ParentSquare with instructions on how to activate your account.
The email will also include information on how to get started and how to download the ParentSquare app for iOS and Android.

Even if you do not sign up, you will still receive important district notifications via email, text, and phone calls.
